Ed trained at Sparsholt College, Hampshire where he gained a HND in Forestry and Lowland Woodland Management. During this time he worked in plant nurseries, both growing and lifting containerised trees and shrubs, maintaining the grounds and gardens for a stately home in Hampshire and managing and maintaining woodlands. Ed has personally planted over 500,000 trees in his career, and worked for forestry companies on a wide range of projects ranging from planting to felling.
Ed set up his own company in 2000 and this was initially a one-man band carrying out forestry work and garden maintenance. In time Ed grew and developed the company and he now employs a number of people who are skilled in all landscaping and forestry disciplines.
Ed prides himself on having created an award winning landscaping company which continues to go from strength to strength. This because of Ed’s vision and most importantly his skilled team.
Chris went to De Montford University, Lincoln where he gained a national diploma in horticulture. He has worked in the landscape industry for a number of years where he has learnt and developed a wide range of skills that range from plant propagation to garden construction and design.
Chris designs gardens with attention to detail and to suit all budgets. He then oversees the construction of the gardens to ensure the vision of the client is met. Chris prides himself on high quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Gavin initially undertook a Plumbing NVQ at Doncaster College but decided that a career in landscaping was what he wanted to do. He has worked for Fullers for a number of years now and built up a comprehensive set of skills and has a good eye for detail. He has undertaken a work-based diploma through Riseholme College in order to record his skills. Gavin is an invaluable part of the team as his calm manner brings stability and he pushes people to reach their potential.
Craig attended Riseholme College where he gained a qualification from the Royal Horticultural Society. He has chainsaw and hedge laying skills alongside his horticultural knowledge. Craig was also a carpenters' apprentice and so he is very skilled in all areas of woodwork. Through working for Fullers Craig has built up a wide range of skills within landscaping and forestry and like Gavin he has undertaken a work-based diploma through Riseholme College. He is a welcome member of our team as he is always full of energy and enthusiasm.
Zoe is the office manager, and undertakes a variety of responsibilities to assist with the day-to-day operation of the business.

Fullers prides itself on development of all staff. We ensure that they have relevant training for equiement they use when necessary and generic training such as First Aid, Manual Handling and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).

After finishing school Max attended Riseholme College where he gained a Horticultural Diploma. Whilst studying Max also worked for a golf course, which enabled him to learn and develop skills in grass/lawn care. Through working for us Max is building up a comprehensive set of skills and can also assist with garden designs. Max provides his team with strong leadership and is an important member of our team.
